RESORT RULES
CHECK OUT TIME:
12:00 o’clock Noon, $10.00 late check out charge. We have a NO REFUND policy. Only registered guests are permitted to use the facilities.
QUIET HOURS:
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise as they may have an early departure. The use of auxiliary power units is not permitted within the Resort.
CHILDREN:
Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
BICYCLES:
Bicycles may be ridden only on paved streets between sunrise and sunset. Children under 16 years of age must wear protective helmets.
PETS:
Pets are a privilege. Your pet’s mess is your mess, so please clean up immediately. Pets must be on a leash with human attached at all times while outside your RV. Never leave your pet unattended. Vicious or loud pets will not be allowed. A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) PETS. DOG HOUSES AND PORTABLE KENNELS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
REST ROOMS/SHOWERS:
Rest rooms and showers are for the use of registered guests only! They are checked and maintained regularly. Please do your part to keep them clean and notify our staff if any of our facilities need attention.
LAUNDRY:
Be considerate and remove clothes promptly. Leave the laundry room neat and clean. EXTERIOR CLOTHESLINES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
CAMPFIRES:
Please use only charcoal in barbecues. No open fires are permitted. FIREARMS AND FIRE WORKS ARE PROHIBITED.
CLUBHOUSE:
Use by appointment only!
PLAYGROUND AREA:
NO PLAY GROUND MONITOR IS ON DUTY. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Access to the playground is provided between Sites 146 and 147.
SWIMMING POOL:
Hours are posted. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Proper swim attire must be worn. Rules for pool use are posted in the pool area.
PATIO & RV SITE:
All lots shall remain uncluttered. Storage units are not permitted on the stie. Storage units are available through the office. Garbage dumpsters are conveniently located throughout the Resort for disposal of household garbage only.
WATER:
Water pressure is 70 lbs psi and the use of pressure regulators is recommended.
LAWNS:
Lawns are watered automatically at night and we assume no responsibility for anything left outside your unit. No rugs or carpets on grass.
RVs:
Only modern, fully self-contained RVs are allowed. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission of RVs not meeting Resort standards. NO TENTING.
VEHICLE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
Mechanical repairs and maintenance of vehicles is not permitted on the site.
OWN RISK:
Any guest or visitor who voluntarily participates in any activity or use of the facilities of the Resort, do so at their own risk.
SUMMARY:
The management reserves the right to change these rules whenever it proves to be in the best interest of the residents of the Resort.
